How does it work?

  1. Arrange a discovery call to establish if in principal I am able to assist with your current needs and to answer your questions.
  2. Book and attend your first full session where we will further refine what it is that you hope to get out of counselling or personal experience (PX) design, what topics you would like to talk about and what goals you are hoping to achieve. I will also explain to you how the process works.
  3. Together we will select and then apply suitable counselling or experience design methods to address your concern or challenge.
  4. Depending on our arrangement and your needs, sessions will be 50 mins to 2 hours and are set up every 2 – 3 weeks. The overall duration of counselling or PX design can range from 2-3 sessions to longer term over months – it really depends on what you would like to achieve and cover.
